This section contains a list of each MS-DRG grouped by MDC, whether the MS-DRG is medical or surgical and the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS that are assigned to each MS-DRG/MDC.

Major Complications or Comorbidities (MCC) List
This section contains a list of all of the ICD-10-CM codes that are defined as a major complication or comorbidity (MCC) when used as a secondary diagnosis. See ICD-10-CM code details (under the MS-DRG tab) to see codes that as principal diagnosis exclude the complication.
Diagnoses that are MCC only if patient is discharged alive
This section lists ICD-10-CM codes which are assigned as a Major CC only for patients discharged alive, otherwise they are assigned as a non-CC.
HIV Significant Related Conditions
This section lists HIV Sgnificant Related Conditions, which, when present, can impact the principal diagnosis assignment on HIV/AIDS cases.
